These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vilo Hobby Zone (“VHZ”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including vilohobbyzone.com, related store features, and purchases made through the store. The store is powered by Shopify.

1. Eligibility and Account Information

You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding purchase in your jurisdiction. Information you provide for an order or account must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

2. Products and Product Information

We aim to describe products, versions, dimensions, materials, included accessories, and availability accurately. Screen settings, photography, lighting, manufacturing variation, and packaging revisions may cause reasonable differences in appearance.

If we discover a material listing or pricing error that affects an order, we may contact you to confirm, correct, or cancel the affected order and will provide any refund required by applicable law.

3. Official and Third-Party Collectibles

Vilo Hobby Zone sells a mix of officially licensed products and third-party collectibles. A product will not be represented as officially licensed, sponsored, or endorsed unless that status is stated for the specific product. Character names, franchise names, model names, and other third-party intellectual property may be used for identification and reference and remain the property of their respective owners.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory error, material listing or pricing error, legal or shipping restrictions, or inability to fulfill the order. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the affected amount.

5. Prices, Taxes, and Import Charges

Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. Shipping charges and taxes collected through checkout will be shown where applicable. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, or similar fees unless checkout expressly states that those charges are included or collected.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available destinations, shipping methods, dispatch timelines, delivery estimates, tracking, and customs treatment are described in our Shipping Policy and at checkout. Any specific shipping representation made on a product page, quote, invoice, or order confirmation may supplement the general Shipping Policy.

If we cannot ship within a promised dispatch period, we will handle the delay, cancellation, or refund in accordance with applicable law.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, damaged-item claims, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.

8. Rare Figure Sourcing & Proxy Service

Our sourcing or proxy service helps customers locate hard-to-find collectibles through supplier and secondary-market channels. Any nominal amount displayed on a sourcing-service listing is not a representation that the requested collectible or the completed sourcing service costs that amount unless expressly stated.

Final product cost, sourcing fee, shipping, deposit or payment requirements, availability, and material cancellation restrictions will be communicated before the customer authorizes the relevant purchase or supplier commitment.

9. Intellectual Property

The Vilo Hobby Zone name, original store copy, site design, and other content created by or for us are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party product names, character names, franchise names, logos, artwork, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

You may use the site for lawful personal shopping and information purposes. You may not copy, scrape, interfere with, exploit, or misuse the site in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of VHZ, Shopify, or third parties.

10. Third-Party Services and Shopify

The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, shipping, communications, fraud-prevention, and other service providers. Purchases from Vilo Hobby Zone are transactions with Vilo Hobby Zone, not with Shopify. Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

11. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

If you submit a review, image, comment, suggestion, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or malicious. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for operating, improving, and promoting the store, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms restricts a customer's right to provide an honest review or opinion about our products, services, or conduct.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the site for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, malicious interference, unauthorized access, automated abuse, scraping that disrupts the service, impersonation, or transmission of malware or deceptive information.

13. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, website features and non-mandatory informational content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not disclaim warranties, duties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VHZ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from the transaction or use of the site. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.

15. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights

For transactions involving customers in the United States, these Terms are intended to operate consistently with applicable U.S. federal and state consumer-protection law. For international orders, mandatory consumer rights that apply to the particular transaction remain unaffected.

No provision of these Terms is intended to waive a right, remedy, warranty, or protection that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, operational, security, or service changes. The version posted on this page will show the latest update date. Material notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
