Rare Figure Sourcing & Proxy Service

What This Listing Is

This is a collectible sourcing and proxy-service request page, not a $1 physical collectible. The $1 price shown on this Shopify listing is a nominal catalog placeholder so the service can remain discoverable and contactable. It is not the final item price, service fee, deposit, or shipping charge. Please do not purchase this listing as a collectible.

What We Can Source

Vilo Hobby Zone can help locate rare, sold-out, discontinued, event-exclusive, or hard-to-find collectible figures, including Transformers, mecha, action figures, and related collector items. Requests can cover official products as well as clearly identified third-party collectibles.

How It Works

1. Submit your request: Send the exact brand, product name, model or character, preferred condition, destination country, and target budget through store chat, the Contact page, or support@vilohobbyzone.com.
2. Sourcing and verification: We search relevant suppliers and aftermarket marketplaces and review the available listing, seller information, version, condition, and supporting evidence.
3. Item-specific quote: We provide a quote for the exact item, including the item cost, applicable sourcing/service fee, and estimated shipping. Aftermarket quotes can expire as availability and seller pricing change.
4. Secure, inspect, and ship: After you approve the quote and required payment terms, we secure the item. Where applicable, we inspect the received item against the agreed version and condition before final shipment.

Important Service Notes

• The $1 Shopify price is a placeholder only and does not represent the final cost of any sourced item or the sourcing service.
• Availability is not guaranteed until the exact item has been located and secured.
• For official/licensed products, we review available seller and item evidence before purchase. For third-party collectibles, we identify the manufacturer and version as accurately as the available evidence allows and do not describe an item as officially licensed unless licensing is verified.
• Condition, packaging, version, quote validity, payment terms, and shipping are confirmed for each request before purchase.
